Create Torque First for Better Finish Position MWOD

Problem: poor starting position = poor finish position

Solution: create torque first (torsion stability) and then mobilize.

Examples:
For squats first externally rotate the legs and then squat down.
For jerks first externally rotate the arms in the front rack position and then jerk it.
