The 2012 World’s Strongest Man Rock Lift event consisted of 5 natural stones ranging from 300 to 400 lbs that had to be lifted on a platform.

Terry Hollands tore his biceps. He told Randall Strossen “the top is completely detached”.

Hafthor Bjornsson smoked this event in 25.52 seconds.
