And now for some good ol’ Swollertrophy. Looks like somebody uploaded Mr. Olympia Phil Heath’s Becoming Number 13 DVD to YouTube. Still not a fan of the grotesque shapes. But if you are a fan of bodybuilding documentaries you should not skip this one. Gotta admire the passion this guy brings to the table.
You have seeen Mountain Dog leg training sessions before. Today John Meadows and Dave Tate perform some strip sets on the leg press. Pure torture. Here is John’s set. Note the foot position change for maximum quad recruitment.
