And now for some good ol’ Swollertrophy. Looks like somebody uploaded Mr. Olympia Phil Heath’s Becoming Number 13 DVD to YouTube. Still not a fan of the grotesque shapes. But if you are a fan of bodybuilding documentaries you should not skip this one. Gotta admire the passion this guy brings to the table.

Girl Power: Going for Gold The film follows Zoe Smith (58kg) (@ZoePabloSmith), Hannah Powell (48kg) @hannahpowell92 and Helen Jewell through the various battles for the 2 women’s spots on the Olympic team.
