Damon Kelly’s Squaturday

Damon Kelly was hitting some personal bests this Saturday. I hope you did too.

Some heavy front squats from my Saturday training session. Both 225kg (495lbs) and 230kg (506lbs) were PB’s for 5’s. These sets were after 200kg x 5 and 210kg x 5.
