How awesome is Dmitry Klokov?

As mentioned earlier he is in the weightlifting camp Chekhov. Now here he is putting 205kg over his head for an unofficial snatch world record.

At 5:10 is that 200kg for a double? (If the small red plates are 2.5kg)

The 205 kg Snatch is at 8:00. That made my day.

Remember Aramnau’s 205 kg snatch from a couple of years ago?

Thanks for a great blog. Does he have any known ankle or hip injuries? Look at how drastically different his feet and knees are at the bottom. Left knee much higher and foot pointing out more. Must be an old injury, right?

  Certainly looks like the result of an injury. But I have no information about that.
  
  Maybe we can pinpoint the change in position.

That was 200 for a double, but he failed the second one. Clearly in the front.
