Hysen Pulaku 166kg Snatch 211kg Clean & Jerk World Record

World record Wednesdays is back with our favorite non Chinese 77kg lifter, Hysen Pulaku.

Remember back on June 1st when the Podium Gold guys uploaded a video where they hinted at a 166kg snatch?

I said he did it back then.

And now they finally uploaded the video of that lift together with a 211kg Clean and Jerk, which is a world record for the 77kg class (yeah, of course, he was well above 77kg back then).

And since the question came up a couple of times, his height is around 170 cm / 5’7″ .

Right now he already is on his way abroad and close to being at his target weight.

    is he lifting for usa or bulgaria at the olympics?

      neither, also knowing abadjiev, im suspicious of all his lifters now lol….

        why do u say that? he is lifting weights that 85kilo lifter kendrick farris is lifting, is it because of abajievs coaching or his suspected use of banned subtances?

        if the latter then we are dismissing the fact that abajiev has unique training style that others have yet to beat, it cant be drugs alone.
