Meanwhile in Russia …

Igor Lukanin hits a 200kg Snatch.

Hope we see him lifting at the Presidents Cup in October.

Update:

Igor let me know that he no longer lifts for Russia and therefore will not be lifting at the Presidents Cup.

Currently he is considering proposals he received from other countries.

Next international competition will be the 2013 European Championships in Spain.

    Impressive snatch, especially considering that he would probably be dwarfed by most other SHWs.

      Yeah, he is the same weight as Chigishev was / is. Hope he is as successful as him in the future.

    Igor is going to lift for Bosnia from 2013, sow wont see him lifting for Russia anymore.
    Albegov and Lapikov is allrady in front of him in 105+ on the team in Russia, and he allsow got 4-5 lifters in front of him in the 105kg.Igor did 190-220kg for some months ago in the 105kg.

    His bottom position is insanely low compared to other 105+. Bar only reaches up to top abdominal, no wasted pull.
    Very fast as well.
