    This is from his official facebook where he had posted some pre-worlds 2011 clips including a 250kg front squat, a 230 cj, a 230 jerk from the rack, and this lift of course. It also shows a lot of interesting clips from when he was coming back from time off and doing “only” 170/210 after passing doping control. So yeah this lift is from a little less than a year ago.
