Wow, I initially scoffed at the title, but I’m glad I watched it. He’s really down to earth, introspective, and passionate. He’s a great guy, I hope he has even more success in the future.

Best documentary on bodybuilding you will find imo. Kai is a true inspiration where you consider where he came from and what he goes through everyday to be the best. He has had some flaws with conditioning for the olympia yet he is still one of the best right now. I think him and phil are two of the best right now.

i have a hard time taking anything seriously that comes from the mouth of someone with Kai’s penchant for grapefruit… no matter how much said grapefruit was begging for it…

  lol the infamous grapefruit…well if u were in his shoes i dont know. u would be surprised what people do to survive especially being a bodybuilder u need money for food, supplements, steroids.

  I would fuck a grapefruit if I got paid what he did -I’ve heard some ridiculous numbers- He was also a stripper for a long time I believe hence you can notice it in his routines. The guy grew up in foster homes with zero education so he had to do what was necessary to get out of poverty. It’s hard to imagine considering you are probably upper middle class yet he for a long time was living in a half way house full of drug addicts because of how poor he was.
