Chinese lifter, LU Xiaojun (-77), 2 days before his event.
I was surprised by the heavy load that was on the bar 2 bays before competition and I thought he will do one or two back squats. I was amazed when I saw him front squatting, and so easily… After that he made some short squats (with very little knee flexion) at 260.
His opponent, Tigran Martirosyan was just on the platform behind him, and easily power clean and jerk 180few minutes later.
