Lying IT Band Stretch

Try this one.

4 Point IT Band Stretch

  • bring knee forward, heel to butt
  • lift knee straight to ceiling, then bring it straight back
  • knee straight down to the floor
  • use other leg for leverage to press down on your knee

Comes in handy after yesterday’s 531 squat session. Did front squats for the 5×10 sets. Also threw in 4 sets of hip thrusts and 3 sets of Bulgarian split squats the 30kg vest.
