About the Formulas:
- Of course they are not 100% accurate, but they do a reasonably good job for up to 10 reps.
- Epley seems to be better suited for low rep people with more fast twitch muscle fiber; for me Lombardi does a good job most of the time
- Play around with the numbers to see what formula works best for you.
