    Really cool tool, but it strikes me that alla those programs are really programs by and for athletes who use drugs, and are therefor not that appliccable for drug free athletes.

      I have used every one of these routines at different points over the past twelve or so years and I have never taken anything outside whey protein, creatine, and leucine.

      You just have to prioritize your recovery. Sleep at least 9 hours a night, stretch, drink enough water, etc. Give one an honest shot and I bet you will destroy your old PRs and learn something about yourself in the process!

    are the squats for both Back/front?

      you can do it either way but doing these programs (especially smolov) with front squats is just pure torture
