He talks about his training focused lifestyle and also goes through a sample training day, which one could summarize to train, eat, sleep, – repeat.

Day in a Life (Mo-Fr)

  • wake up at 7
  • eat cereal, have a protein shake
  • train from 8-9:30
  • eat eggs
  • sleep from 10:30-12:30
  • train, eat
  • train again from 15-18:00
  • eat
  • sleep

Saturday & Sunday he trains from 10-13:00
