Biceps Involvement in Overhead Pressing

June 28, 2012 By Gregor Winter

Paul Carter wrote a post on overhead pressing.

One of the points he made was getting the biceps involved in the movement.

Because Paul can probably overhead press me for 50+ reps or so I thought this tip was worth sharing.

More muscle recruitment = more stabilization of the movement.

To clarify his point he made a video and got involved in the comments on reddit.
