Quick (actually not so quick) podcast update 🙂
I was just on a call with Dr. Boffa to check in about his visit to the USA training camp, where he filmed Kate Nye (who snatched 112kg; CnJ 138kg!), Harrison Maurus, Jourdan Delacruz and Mattie Sasser during their last heavy session before heading to Pan Am Games in Lima.
