If you didn’t plan ahead and made the recently mentioned rice balls, here is what you can do with your leftover rice.
- put an exactly(!) 1.27cm (0.5 inch) layer of rice rice in a non sticking pan
- use sticky Asian style rice, short grain or medium grain (basmati isn’t sticky enough)
- cook until each side is golden brown and crusty
- serve with hot sauce or fried eggs
