The CrossFit main site WOD today (110720) calls for weighted push ups.

Weighted push-up 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

And their pro athletes already put up some impressive numbers.

Pat Barber 190lbs, Lucas Zepeda 160lbs, Kevin Montoya 100lbs, Laurie Galassi 90lbs, Danielle Edmundson 75lbs.
