Comparing the intensity, she felt that the 2009 Games were more demanding on her body.
For 2011 she would like MORE intensity and SHORTER recovery periods than in 2010.
Also interesting is the move she wants to see at the 2011 Games, handstand walks. It came up a couple of times in the CrossFit WODs in the past. So we will see what the organizers have planned.
Being asked what her biggest challenge will be, she still brings up muscle ups, which she learned during the 2009 CrossFit Games and has since been working on.
