Earlier I linked to the 250 kg Deadlift @ 75 kg Bodyweight.

Now Derrick Kim aka Bonkfest hit a double bodyweight Clean and Jerk @ 150kg.

Here are the weights, sets and reps he used to work up to his new PR.

50 – 3 sets x 2 reps
70 – 2 x 2
90 – 1 x 2, 1 x 1
110 – 1 x 1, 1 x 1
120 – 1
130 – 1
137 – 1
145 – 1
150 – 1
