Anyway this is Norway’s fastest female sprinter Ezinne Okparaebo doing some epic stair jumps.

    I remember my friend and i did in back here in Sweden at a relatively large competition, i beat him by jumping 3 steps every jump. I felt good, really good. But this, girl got hops! o.O

    some say that this exercise has much more carryover in olympic lifts than the back squat

      I could definitely see it having carryover, on the other hand it wouldn’t be a good strength developer. At the end of the day if you want to C&J 180 kg you have to be able to lift 180 kg.

      This exercise could be a great accessory, but I don’t think it should be prioritized over strength work with a barbell except in very special cases.
