Tools: compression bands

  • buy the Compression Bands from Rogue
  • or make your own with some bicycle inner tubes. Split them in half. Et voilà.

MWOD:

  • compress the high hamstring area (medial hamstring, psoas)
  • do usual rubber band stretches
