Hysen Pulaku Typical Training Sessions

June 1, 2012 By Gregor Winter

The Podium Weightlifting guys uploaded a typical training session of Hysen Pulaku.

Hysen works up to a 162kg Snatch and  200kg C&J.

These clips will give you an idea of how many maximum attempts Hysen makes in any given practice. These two sessionsstarted at 5:30PM and ended after midnight. I didn’t include warm up lifts or front squats.

Regarding rest times they commented:

  • maybe 3 to 4 minutes on the heavier lifts (170kg plus C&J and after 140kg snatch)
  • 30 minutes between clean snatch and clean and jerk.
