Olympic Weightlifting Morning Afternoon Split

Kirk gives an example of a morning/afternoon split for Olympic weightlifting.

Morning: power/balance/technique

Power clean push press
Behind neck rack jerk
Front squat singles, with max triple (If you squat 150KG for 3, just do 3 sets of 1 with 150KG instead)
Clean and jerk with empty bar

Evening: Clean & Jerk  / Snatch / strength

Clean and jerk
Clean styled deadlifts
Rack clean pull
Dumbbell Rows
