In the latest Paleo Solution Podcast #104 Greg Everett an Robb Wolf have a nice rant about CrossFit’s systematic failures.

The rant starts at about 10 minutes in.

Also interesting are their points of recovery protocols at about 36 minutes.

Besides post workout nutrition Greg recommends:

  • Contrast Hydro Therapy – cold baths / sauna
  • foam rolling – especially pre-workout
  • post workout naps (which I  mentioned here)
  • game ready stuff
