Whole Wheat Quark Tuna Wraps

Found this tuna wrap recipe.

Ingredients for the Wraps:

  • 200g whole wheat flour
  • 200ml water
  • 1 tsp baking powder 12g
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 dash of milk
  • 40g flaxseed

Mix it all up until you get a thick dough. Add flour if it gets too runny.
Equally distribute the dough in a pan and fry it.

Preparing the Tuna:

  • 200g quark
  • 150g tuna
  • 10g oil
  • 50g tomato paste
  • cayenne pepper
  • colored peppers
  • paprika pepper
  • garlic

Mix the whole spiel and enjoy your tuna wraps.
