Brent Willis, George Leeman, Dan Green Deadlifts

Some huge deadlifts coming in this Sunday.

Brent Willis pulls 387kg (854 lbs) and George Leeman gets 379.5kg  (837 lbs) at the UPSA Deadlift Invitational.

Dan Green 306kg x4 from a deficit.

Monday: Squat (heavy)
Tuesday: Overhead Presses with bar or Dumbbells
Wednesday: Squat (heavy) or Front Squat (volume)
Thursday: Close Grip Bench Press
Friday: Deadlifting
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Bench Press

    I’m glad george-or babyslayer as he is better known online as finally competed. People have been wanting to to compete since he was 16 squatting 700+lbs and deadlifting over 700lbs while repping 405 on bench as a natural. That deadlift looked easy also he has a bit more in him no doubt. I could see 900 going down next year if he wants to. Yet I’ve heard on his log that he is more into bodybuilding then pure strength training.
