250 kg Deadlift @ 75 kg Bodyweight

Head on over to Derrick Kim’s aka Bonkfest’s YouTube Channel and give him a thumbs up.

Here is a 250 kg / 550 lb raw deadlift at a bodyweight of 75 kg / 165 lb.

Done after a session of Snatches and Squats, and a sore groin pull.

Finally achieved my pb goal of 250.

Warm ups leading up to max: 80/3reps, 110/3, 140/3, 160/1, 180/1, 210/1, 240/1, 250/yeah baby!

Who says you shouldn’t squat and deadlift on the same day heh.
