  • combination =  barbell complex consisting of only two exercises
  • first exercise to fix an error
  • done for 1 rep

Some examples:

  • Straight legged snatch high pull + Snatch
  • Front Squat + Jerk
  • Power Clean + Clean
  • Heavy Dip + Jerk (assisted)
  • Back Raise Brake (end of concentric) + Back Raise
