Weightlifting Standards Calculator

January 3, 2013 By Gregor Winter

Lots of people ask what are some decent numbers for my age / bodyweight?

Australian weightlifting coach Myles Wydall made a little calculator just for that.

You enter your PB (choose from various lifts) and it estimates what you should be able to do in the other lifts. He says, that it is using data from an elite lifter.

I love this. It’s amazing how accurate it is. Lone wolf trainee’s like myself could compare their true lifts to their estimated lifts and see whats lacking.

Snatch + CnJ total. That part is for calculating Sinclair coefficient and % of world record.
