I am VERY impressed with this video. Of course the lifting was great, but the way it was presented was extremely effective with concise personal information, context, and clips of lifts. I think that we could do a lot worse than to make videos of this sort documenting weightlifting competitions (or any other strength sport for that matter).
I second that. This is a new benchmark for meet reports.
The presenter’s accent makes this 3x as much fun as normal.
