Pretty straightforward exercise. As Doug says in the video, your arms should be locked at all times and you should keep your body as low as possible.
The reason I wanted to share it was the fun team component he introduces later in the vid.
Two people push at the same time. Every ten seconds interval one person will filter out, a new person will filter in and you just rotate every ten seconds for the entire time you push.
