Clarence Kennedy 205kg Clean

April 19, 2013 By Gregor Winter

Clarence Kennedy keeps on growing into the 94kg.

Update: Read his Interview on ATG.

Now at 92kg bodyweight he cleans 205kg.

This could have been better, I readjusted my grip recently and I’m not used to racking weights.
Moving up bodyweight requires change of technique, I will need more time to get used to this new grip, also my wrists are less flexible than before.

    Wow, Clarence is looking mahoosive.

Is he still basically self-coached, I wonder?

Wow. And there is still a lot of strength left. Does somebody know if he is still coached by Najdek? And what will be his next major tournament?

This training video shows what getting better feels like most of the time. Gritt’n your teeth and grindin’.
