Handstand Shoulder Taps (Handstand Wall Runs) Progressions

Dusty Hyland from Dogtown CrossFit has some really good videos on Handstand development.

  • Wall Pulls to increase time spent in free Handstand

And today he added a video on Handstand Shoulder Taps (sometimes referred to as Handstand Wall Runs).

A great exercise I do  (not enough) on 531 OHP days. Your shoulders, traps and triceps will burn like never before.

Goal: work up to 10min of continuous taps (I must admit I never went past 4 minutes …)
