Kelly Starrett, Jami Tikkanen and Glen Cordoza demonstrate is a nice test to identify range of motion problems.

From a kneeling position, jump and land in a full squat.

Key Questions

  • Do you land with your knees out?
  • Do you land with a stable ankle?
  • Do you land without a collapsed foot?

Oh boy… I got a lot to work on.
