Q: What does a typical day’s training consist of, for the Olympic training?
A: On a typical day I lift 64 tons, the weight of a train! And building up to the Olympics I’ll be lifting even more.
On Monday, Wednesday and Friday I have 3 training sessions. And on Tuesday, Thursday and saturday I have 2 training sessions. My only day off is Sunday.
