Sitting Lower Back Stretch

Kit Luaghlin has a chair stretch for your lower back muscles.

Great if you have been sitting for way too long today.

Stretches obliques, quadratus lumborum, as well as latissimus dorsi.

    Love this stretch! I just tried it and I feel better already. Studying for finals at school really messes my back up… sitting all day.

    I just use my fupa to support me when I lean in this stretch. But seriously this stretch feels good.
