Marshall White 15 Reps 100kg Hang Power Snatch

September 6, 2012 By Gregor Winter

And now for some Strongman conditioning …

Marshall White likes his Olympic lifts and does 15 reps of Hang Power Snatches with 100kg 102kg (225lbs).

Can’t hate on the form either. Perfectly acceptable for his purpose.

This is an odd movement since it seems as though your explosiveness just goes away without any warning and there’s no way to grind through, unless you can muscle snatch like a champ, which I can’t.

And

If your snatch is 50kg or less, I look forward to your advice and comments.

Haha.

I was wondering about that too.

But I think Marshall knows his weights, so I guess they are just non standard.

      They are red 45# bumpers…not 25kg plates.
