Meanwhile in Finland …

Milko Tokola not only puts good music in his videos, he also makes good progress on his barbell complexes.

First some cardio with 150kg

  • 2x Clean
  • 2x Front Squat
  • 1x Jerk

Then 170kg with the ever so popular Clean + Front Squat + Jerk combination.

    And another one… I wonder if the tips that I was able to read
    a while ago was applied by this guy? Well, I must say he did a pretty great job
    to do so…

    The crispness of the technique and speed are simply beautiful. And what;s more, this guy is performing on what looks like a rather make-shift platform.

      I usually squat, snatch, clean + jerk on a rubber matt (albeit small numbers). When you go on the wooden platforms with some type of plastic enamel your feet stick like glue.
