Post Workout Power Naps – Optimize Recovery

Post workout power naps are awesome. I do them after extra hard workouts after I had my post workout shake/meal.

You can optimize them significantly by inhibiting light from hitting your visual and audio sensors.

Therefore I use a sleeping mask and wax ear buds.
That lets me completely disconnect from the world.

Give it a try and get your 30 min nap. Reboot your system and feel refreshed for the rest of the day.

Because the question came up, I use the Daydream Basic Sleep Mask and Ohropax Calssic Wax Ear Plugs.
