Some speedy high rep Jerk sets from Teemu Roininen.
He works up to a set up 8 reps at 160kg.
Teemu told me that he does that mainly for upper body strength.
I do some other strength movements too for upper body, but mostly jerks.
Have you guys tried doing something similar? Experiences?
