Done after a session of Snatches and Squats, and a sore groin pull.
Finally achieved my pb goal of 250.
Warm ups leading up to max: 80/3reps, 110/3, 140/3, 160/1, 180/1, 210/1, 240/1, 250/yeah baby!
Who says you shouldn’t squat and deadlift on the same day heh.
