2 weeks ago I shared his 140kg per hand farmers walk (triple+ bodyweight) on the ATG Facebook Page.
Here is Andy Smiles (U90kg) again, but with 150kg per hand. Granted, it’s not the longest walk, but we are talking about 300kg!
