Hmmm anyone know how this pertains to someone with actual flat feet?

As someone with flat feet, I gave this a try in combination with some of kelley’s other videos on ankle and foot mobility. I think his point about “creating” an arch by first externally rotating your ankle as you’re standing seems to help. As he says, when the ankle is rotated externally (and it took a very conscious effort) it creates some stability by pushing force through the heel and keeping a firm plant with the first toe. Any this subsequently creates stability in the knee and ultimately the hips. Hope it helps.
I tried this today while front squatting and it seems to alleviate some of the knee popping that recently started. Going to have to experiment more with it. Thanks!
