Avoiding Uneven Pulls

Sean Waxman has a quick coaching tip on how to avoid the dreaded Stripper Pull.

Problem: Shoulders and hips rising unequally during pull

Fix:

  • have a partner pushing down on your shoulders and lower back
  • push against his hands
  • partner should give feedback when equal pressure is reached
