Ben Seath shows you that technical errors will sneak in, even though you have been in the game for years.

Still he gets a 320kg (705lbs) Deadlift.

Then he shows an awesome Deadlift assistance exercise.

Cable Pull Throughs in 2 Variations

  • sink hips back, stretch glutes, squeeze at the top
  • same movement , but with rounded lower back,  like back curl ups

If you are slow of the floor, use this movement.
