He includes a bunch of meal examples and breaks down the macro as well as micronutrients in them.
Even if you don’t plan to make a switch to a vegan diet this is interesting to watch.
Mixed with the lifting footage (how fast was the 310kg deadlift?) this is very enjoyable video format I think.
