Martin Rooney has a nice little Combat Conditioning Circuit Workout for you.

Workout:

  • 10 straight punches
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 straight punches
  • 10 ankle grab sit ups
  • 10 straight punches
  • 10 pull ups
Repeat as much as you like 🙂

Combined Combat Circuit #2

  • 10 straight punches
  • 3 kicks with each leg
  • 6 alternating split leg lift crunches
  • 10 straight punches
  • 3 kicks with each leg
  • 6 sit outs to alternating sides
  • 10 straight punches
  • 3 kicks with each leg

Combined Combat Circuit #3
5 rounds of

  • 8 punches
  • 5 plyometric push ups (variations)

Combined Combat Circuit #4

  • Boxing
  • Pull ups
  • Push Ups
  • rest for a second and explode again
