Sage Burgener Snatch Correcting Issues With The Burgener Warm-up Mike Burgener

Problem: Snatching horizontal hip thrust

Fix: first part of the Burgener warm up (the “down and up”)

  • first cue : vertical hips, with first segment of the Burgener Warm-up
  • second cue: snatch from the high with hang elbows high and outside, keeping the bar close to your body
